These Terms of Service govern use of the Astro Synapse website and, where not superseded by a separate product agreement, our products (ASAI, Interpress, Gedor, webAgen) and services.

2. Services

Astro Synapse Limited ("Astro Synapse", "we", "us") provides AI research, integration, and product development services, including custom AI integrations, knowledge base and document intelligence solutions, AI systems integration, software automation, model provisioning, embedded AI team augmentation, and our own products (ASAI, Interpress, Gedor, webAgen).

3. Early access and waitlist products

ASAI, Interpress, and Gedor are offered in early access, beta, or waitlist stages. Features, availability, and pricing may change without notice, and functionality is provided "as is" during this stage. [Confirm whether a separate beta agreement should govern early access users.]

4. Client data and confidentiality

Where a client engagement involves processing client data (documents, business systems, knowledge bases), the specific terms for data handling, confidentiality, and processing are set out in a separate agreement or Data Processing Agreement, not these general terms. 5. Intellectual property
