We build the AI infrastructure we wish already existed.
Astro Synapse is a research and integrations lab: part engineering studio, part product lab.

Two halves that feed each other.
Client engagements fund the research. The research improves the products.
What we do
We split our work into two halves that feed each other. On one side, we integrate AI into real businesses: RAG systems, knowledge bases, automation, embedded engineering teams. On the other, we build our own products (ASAI, Interpress, Gedor, webAgen) using what we learn from that work. Client engagements fund the research. The research improves the products. The products get sharper because they are tested against real, messy business problems instead of demos.
How we operate
We work from a small set of internal protocols covering how a product gets scoped, built, handed off, and maintained, refined across engagements rather than reinvented each time. Our own stack (Go, Vue and React, PostgreSQL, vector databases) is the same stack we bring into client integrations, so what we build for ourselves and what we build for clients stay compatible.
Where a problem has an exact, deterministic solution, we use it. AI gets reserved for problems that genuinely need it. That discipline shows up in everything from a client integration to our own products.
Where we're headed
The near-term plan is straightforward: grow a small, senior engineering team, fund it through services and integration work, and use that runway to take our own product lines from internal tools to independent companies, each one spun out on its own while Astro Synapse retains equity. We are optimising for a team that can do a lot with a little, not for headcount.
