Who we are

Dublin, D02 P593, Ireland ("Astro Synapse", "we", "us"), is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, and may act as a data processor for client data processed through our products and services (ASAI, Interpress, Gedor, webAgen, and custom integrations), depending on the engagement.

What we collect

• Contact and enquiry data: name, email, company, and message content submitted through our contact form or waitlists.
• Product usage data: for early access / waitlist products (ASAI, Gedor, Interpress), account and usage information needed to operate the service.
• Client data processed on behalf of clients: documents, business data, and other content clients choose to connect to our AI systems (RAG pipelines, knowledge bases, translations) under a separate data processing agreement.
